Wedding Photographer Wedding Dress Designer Hairstylist Wedding Planner Florist Terms and Conditions * BOOKING • A booking fee of £100 is required to secure the date of your wedding. An additional booking fee of £50 is required for an assistant. The cost of the deposit will be subtracted from the final balance and cannot be used as payment for your makeup trial. • Booking fees are non-transferable and non-refundable except in the rare circumstance that the makeup artist (Hayley Thompson) is unable to perform services. • During peak seasons (Apr-Sept) there is a minimum booking of 3 people including the bride.The minimum booking fee is £600 excluding travel. This does not apply to weddings that take place between Monday-Thursday. PAYMENT • Trial costs are due a day prior to the trial appointment. Trial costs are non-refundable. • If the makeup artist is required to change locations between services there will be an additional fee of £35 added to the booking. • Payment is accepted via bank transfer. An invoice will be will sent 6 weeks before your wedding date. The final balance will be due 4 weeks before your wedding date. Failure to pay without explanation during the stated time may result in your wedding date being released. • A Travel fee of 60p for every 1 mile travelled outside a 5 mile radius of the Four Oaks area (B74) to the address of wedding prep will be added to the final balance. CANCELLATIONS • Trials may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior. Trial cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of £50 • If you wish to cancel the booking a minimum of 8 weeks notice is required prior to the date of your wedding. If a cancellation is made less than 8 weeks prior to your wedding date, the remaining balance must be paid in full via bank transfer. • If the makeup artist (Hayley Thompson) is unable to perform agreed services for any unforeseeable reason or any other cause beyond the makeup artist’s control, all payments shall be returned to the client with the exception of the trial cost. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT • The client shall inform the makeup artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. • The Makeup Artist reserves the right to refuse service to the client or member of the party for but not limited to infectious conditions, abuse, and threatening behaviour. PHOTOGRAPHY & IMAGE COPYRIGHT • It is imperative that I continue to update my portfolio and demonstrate my work to future prospective brides. Please let me know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed or if you are not happy for me to use your images for marketing purposes. I will not show images from trials until after the wedding day. • I am happy to be photographed on your wedding morning however, any photo image of me working or my make-up design, on the internet or on any other advertisement, I would be grateful of a credit.
